Cure under a UV light for only 10 seconds (important).Step 4. Use Sponge stick to pick the powder and apply it onto your nails. Rub the powder on the nails and cure under a UV light for 1 minute or an LED light for 30 seconds. (Repeat the step untill you're satisfied with the effect) .Step 5. Seal it with no clean top coat.
